    • Aeration: When oxygen levels in the soil begin to drop (which can lead to root rot), the need for aeration is determined and necessary actions are taken before waterlogging or compaction occurs in the soil.

    • Disease and Pest Management: Soil conditions that cause plant stress (e.g., excessive moisture or temperature fluctuations) are detected early, allowing for preventive measures to be taken before a suitable environment for the spread of diseases and pests is formed.
